Return/Refund Policy & Disclaimer
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, contact us so that we can work it out.
Tell us about your problem and we will take care of it promptly.
In most cases to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require information for proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable). For example,
-Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
-Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Regular priced items may be refunded; typically, sale items MAY not be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and we will give you a shipping address to return the item.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs:
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
(Note: If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.)
Ava Naturals takes no responsibility for confirming the importation requirements and regulations of the purchaser and the purchaser’s country of origin. All products are shipped only by the shipping company contract-customer, at the full risk of the purchaser, in agreement with Ava Naturals. Ava Naturals is relieved of any legal action, that might be brought against the purchaser or mailing service contract-customer if not acting in accordance with the regulations and importation laws of the destination country.
In the event an order is detained and confiscated by foreign customs, the loss rests completely with the purchaser, unless:
– You can provide proof of confiscation. In this case we will reship once.
If incorrect shipping information is provided by the purchaser, the order might be mis-delivered and/or returned to courier sender. Ava Naturals/Slick60 takes no responsibility for order losses caused by this mis-delivery or for losses occurring because shipments are un-returnable.
In the event wrong products are received, the correct products will be reshipped free of charge, provided the wrong products are returned unopened and in re-saleable condition.
If the bottles/bags/items arrived broken, we ask you to take picture immediately and send us a copy of the picture, we will replace the broken items.
